Refund policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby products cannot be returned once opened or used, including:
- Feeding items
- Pacifiers
- Breast pumps
- Personal care products
- Bottle accessories
Returns may be accepted within [7/14] days of delivery if:
- The product is unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
